Suggested COVID-19 Testing for Visitors:

Testing is not required, but it is strongly recommended that visitors receive a negative test result within 72 hours prior to their visit, or a rapid test with a negative result at the time of your visit. Rapid tests may be available on-site, supply availability may vary - please call our community directly to confirm.

Beautifully landscaped grounds with scenic views of the Adirondack Mountains provide a pastoral setting for Elderwood Village at Ticonderoga, a New York State licensed adult residential care community. The cozy community is adjacent to Elderwood at Ticonderoga skilled nursing community with convenient access to subacute rehabilitation services, and is part of the Medical Village of Ticonderoga, with an emergency department, medical office building, outpatient physical therapy and laboratory services on campus.
