Outpatient Therapy

Elderwood’s innovative outpatient rehabilitation services help people stay functional, so they can live independently at home for as long as possible. Our skilled and professional therapists create a customized treatment plan, then work with you to rebuild strength and improve motion.

Outpatient therapy services may include: 

• Physical therapy to restore motion, relieve pain, regain strength and achieve a greater level of independence. 
• Occupational therapy including household skills, arthritis management and orthotic/prosthetic training. 
• Speech therapy to improve communication skills and oral feeding and swallowing skills, including VitalStim® therapy.

We accept a range of insurances, obtain pre-authorization and explain your benefits prior to your first visit.
